I was in the hospital this week
11 May 2012 | 10:57 amI’m ok now. But earlier this week I was lying in a hospital bed, scared and in pain and not knowing what was happening. I had some drugs injected into my hip which started to relieve the pain and also give the doctor some clues about what was happening and what to do about it. A kind nurse brought me a heated blanket and helped me snuggle into a stretcher and left me alone for a while, to give the drug a chance to work its magic. Teachers Bullying Autistic Student
24 Apr 2012 | 1:29 amYou have GOT to see this. THIS is why I yanked my son out of pre-school...and have homeschooled him ever since. I was IN the room when a teacher yanked Noah's arm and shook him at age 5. I was helping other kids wash their hand across the room. Her eye caught mine and she LIED to my face...after I saw what she did. Unfortunately, this is apparently rampant...even in specialized schools. You must watch this video. The tip of the bullying iceberg? When the teacher calls the child "a bastard". The kicker? They're still employed by the school district!
